Baltimore Ravens rookie CB Marlon Humphrey arrested

This morning, Michael Casagrande of AL.com has reported that Baltimore Ravens rookie cornerback Marlon Humphrey was arrested on third-degree burglary charges this morning. According to Casagrande, Humphrey was been booked in Tuscaloosa, Alabama on $2,500 bond.

Humphrey’s booking falls under this category according to Alabama state law.

“He/she uses force against the person of the owner of the property or any person present with intent to overcome that person’s physical resistance or physical power of resistance; or (2) he/she threatens the imminent use of force against the person of the owner of the property or any person present with intent to compel acquiescence to the taking of or escaping with the property.
