Lardarius Webb was cut last month, as part of the Ravens free agency maneuvers. There was always the thought that Webb could come back lingering, so it isn’t surprising that the Ravens brought him back. Jeff Zrebiec of The Baltimore Sun reported that Webb’s return is on a three year deal.
The contract here isn’t that important here. There isn’t even a guarantee that Webb will be on the 53 man roster. The Ravens have moved on from Webb at the safety position, at least as a starter. They haven’t moved on from the idea that he can contribute to the team.
