John Harbaugh was born to be a football coach. He is the son of Jack Harbaugh, who had ten jobs as a College Football Coach (including being the head coach of Western Michigan and Western Kentucky). John Harbaugh beat his brother Jim, in Super Bowl XLVII. It is no wonder an experienced coaching staff has been a priority in Baltimore.
The Ravens’ Harbaugh got his start to coaching as a position coach for Western Michigan in 1984. By 2008 he had worked his way to becoming the third coach of the Baltimore Ravens. One of the greatest strengths of Harbaugh has been his willingness to let his coaching staff help him.
