The 2015 Baltimore Ravens had many things go wrong for them, and one of those things was the officiating. Several games had their results altered by bad or missed calls from officials, including the week 2 game against Oakland (Phantom pass interference on Will Hill), Arizona (bad ineligible receiver call, among others), and the missed false start against Jacksonville.
The Ravens led the division with 121 penalties in 2015, which landed them 7 players on the AFC North All-Penalty team. Surprisingly, that was not the highest number, as the undisciplined Cincinnati Bengals, fresh off their penalty induced meltdown in the playoffs, managed 8 players for the team.
