The New York Giants should still be in the mix for Jadeveon Clowney given how porous their pass rush currently is. Short of resigning Markus Golden, the Giants are in need of edge-rushing help, and I’ll tell you now that if the team had plans to bring Golden back for 2020 he wouldn’t still be a free agent.
The team has some capable players on the defensive line in guys like Leonard Williams and Dexter Lawrence, but they need outside edge rush to truly be a threat to opposing quarterbacks.
