Ron Butler, agent for Ravens cornerback Tray Walker, was about to turn in for the night when he got a call.
It was from client Phillip Dorsett of the Indianapolis Colts, bearing the worst of news: Walker had been in an accident.
Walker, who just finished his first year out of Texas Southern, was on a dirtbike in his native Florida when he was struck. He was not wearing a helmet and later died of his injuries. Butler spoke to Phil Yacuboski on WBAL News Now.
"Tray was a great kid, man. Just full of smiles and just one of those guys that loved football but he knew football would open other opportunities for him in his craft.
