The Baltimore Ravens did everything they could to make the Ravens into a winner again. They were active in free agency. They drafted eight players and brought in some hopeful undrafted free agents. The Ravens deserve credit for transforming the roster and giving themselves a chance in 2016.
No roster is perfect though. There are always problems that a football team cannot fix in the age of the salary cap. Last season the Ravens problems didn’t show themselves until the team hit the field. The team could easily hide behind the excuse of injuries; their urgency to make moves suggests that the Ravens knew better.
