Following a dirt bike accident Thursday night, Baltimore Ravens CB Tray Walker has died. Walker was pronounced dead at 5 p.m. Eastern Time today, his agent Ron Butler said.
Walker sustanined head injuries when he collided with an SUV at an intersection in Miami.
Walker was a fourth round pick last season, who played in eight games last season. He was viewed as a developmental player. He was a high school teammate of Amari Cooper and Teddy Bridgewater. Walker played his college ball at Texas Southern.
The driver of the car Walker collided with was not hurt and remained at the scene. Police are investigating the crash. Walker was not wearing a helmet at the time and his dirt bike had no lights.
