The Baltimore Ravens secured their starting running back by re-signing Justin Forsett, but that won't stop them from taking another running back in the first round.
According to Peter King of TheMMQB.com, Baltimore will draft Wisconsin's Melvin Gordon, if he's still available, with the No. 26 overall pick.
One notable connection is that former Wisconsin running backs coach Thomas Hammock, who coached Gordon during his first three years with the Badgers, is going into his second season on the Ravens staff.
Gordon is projected to go as high as No. 17 overall to the San Diego Chargers, but the Dallas Cowboys and Arizona Cardinals are also in the mix for a running back before Baltimore's selection.
So, if the Ravens decide that Gordon is their guy, look for them to trade up in the draft to get him.
