Matt Wieters knows how to complete a comeback.
Wieters, playing his first game in over a year after elbow surgery, had two hits and two RBIs, and the Baltimore Orioles defeated the Cleveland Indians 5-2 on Friday night.
''I felt like I was back to what I love doing,'' Wieters said. ''It was a great feeling. It makes you think of all the hard work and that had to go into just getting back here.''
Adam Jones hit a tie-breaking home run in the sixth and Chris Tillman (3-7) won for the first time since April 18, allowing two runs in 6 1-3 innings.
