The Orioles have 55 games left to play and they will do this without everyone who got traded in July. There is no getting around the fact that although the Orioles have launched into a rebuild, which could eventually be exciting, for now there are just the guys left behind. No interesting prospects have made their way to Baltimore yet.
This fact is driven home by the lone roster move made by the Orioles today. They called up reliever Donnie Hart to fill the roster spot of the traded Kevin Gausman. If you are like me, you were probably hoping for Cedric Mullins.
