The Orioles offseason is quiet so far, unless you count the minor league signing of Steve Tolleson as a big deal. At least one O's writer argues things aren't so bad, which make one wonder if he watched the starting rotation this year.

There's also basically nothing going on. Maybe that's not much of a surprise. I was thinking yesterday about how it seemed like not much had happened so far this offseason, so I went back and looked at when all the things started happening last year, and it was all the first week of December.
