If you tuned into the Home Run Derby last night to see Gunnar Henderson, you probably ended up a little disappointed. The derby isn’t a big deal so the disappointment was fleeting, but it still would have been nice to see Gunnar have a batter showing, His 11 home runs in the first round put him solidly in last place so he did not move on to round two.
Gunnar may not have won the derby, but he did win over a lot of baseball fans watching with his custom Scooby Doo bat and his excellent Scooby Doo impression.
