ARLINGTON -- Orioles right fielder Mark Trumbo launched a pair of two-run homers and recorded five RBIs in Sunday's series finale against the Rangers at Globe Life Park.
In the third inning, Trumbo hit a two-run shot over the left-field wall to give the Orioles a 6-5 lead. In the seventh, he hit another two-run home run to left to extend Baltimore's lead to 9-5. It was Trumbo's 14th career multi-homer game, and his first since July 1 against the Angels.
He was replaced on defense by Adam Jones to start the bottom of the seventh.
