Did you stay up past your bed time to watch last night’s Orioles game? I sure hope you didn’t, because it took four hours for the O’s to lose to the Red Sox in 12 innings by a 2-1 score. They struck out 22 times, walked zero times, and still were inches away from a walkoff home run if not for Trey Mancini being robbed by an amazing catch.
Inches away doesn’t get you a win, though. It gets you a loss when Yefry Ramirez gives up a home run of his own the next inning.
