Teams are already out there making moves. It can be done. The Yankees made a couple of different trades where they unloaded dudes they don't really need for dudes they could use more. That's the way to do it. The Orioles tend to unload dudes that it turns out later they really could have used, and in return they get dudes who underwhelm us.
