If you scour the entirety of pitchers in MLB this season, you will not find anyone who has given up more home runs than today’s Orioles starter, David Hess. The 17 homers that Hess has allowed make him the worst at giving up homers in the league - at least so far.
Cruelly for Hess, he must attempt to start to reverse this homer-happy trend in today’s start, where he is in the homer-happy mile high environment of Coors Field. This is not a great scenario, unless you are a Rockies fan who likes watching your team hit a bunch of homers.
