ANAHEIM -- Chance Sisco was a little sore, but barely bruised on Wednesday afternoon after a scary collision with teammate Pedro Alvarez caused a facial contusion and the rookie catcher to leave Tuesday's 3-2 loss to the Angels in the seventh inning.
"I thought there would be [some swelling]," said Sisco, who did not show any concussion symptoms after the hit.
"It was about as bad as it looked. I didn't know what to expect watching the video, but it looked pretty rough. Pretty scary.
