It seems like most people in the know determined that Orioles general manager Mike Elias had a “good” trade deadline. He unloaded a handful of veteran arms and, in return, received a bunch of youngsters of varying quality. Up until now, we knew of about half of the players that were coming back to Baltimore. Now, who exactly will be filling out the Orioles minor league system is becoming more clear.
