The Orioles will reimburse hourly stadium employees for the wages from home games they were unable to work two weeks ago because of the Baltimore riots.
Gameday staff employees, including ushers, ticket takers and security screeners, will receive back pay paid for the Orioles’ afternoon game against the Chicago White Sox that was closed to the public April 29, as well as the ensuing three games that were relocated to Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg from May 1-3.
The Monday and Tuesday games from that week were also postponed, but they will be made up as part of a doubleheader at Camden Yards on May 28.
