The Baltimore Orioles on Saturday announced they have reinstated outfielder Cedric Mullins from the injured list.
Mullins, 28, was placed on the 10-day injured list on May 29. He suffered a strained right groin during a matchup with the Cleveland Guardians.
One day after the injury, the Orioles signed outfielder Aaron Hicks. Hicks previously spent the last 10 seasons with the Minnesota Twins and New York Yankees.
Mullins began his rehab assignment on Tuesday with Triple-A Norfolk. He played in three games where he made 10 plate appearances and had two runners batted in on a home run.
