Mike Wright didn’t get called up on September 1, but that’s only because the Orioles weren’t allowed to call him up since he got optioned within the past 10 days. He blanked the Knights across seven innings, holding them to just four hits while striking out nine batters. Good stuff. He’ll be back soon.
