Orioles manager Buck Showalter won't be returning to the team in any capacity next season, according to multiple reports.
The Baltimore Sun's Eduardo A. Encina reports Showalter met with ownership Wednesday morning, and they delivered him the news.
Showalter met with #Orioles ownership on Wednesday morning where he was told he wouldn’t be back as manager. There had been previous discussions about another role in organization, but discussions never got to that point today.

Showalter's contract is up this year, as is that of general manager Dan Duquette, whose fate is not yet as concrete.
