Britton activated, plus more roster movement
The Orioles made several roster moves before Wednesday’s game to make room to activate closer Zach Britton and call up tonight’s starting pitcher, Jayson Aquino.
The Orioles had already optioned right-hander Tyler Wilson to Triple-A Norfolk on Tuesday to clear one 25-man roster spot. They placed right-hander Chris Tillman on the paternity list Wednesday to open up the other spot.
