Despite an improving forecast, the Orioles continue to monitor the weather situation for tonight’s 7:05 p.m. game against the Tampa Bay Rays at Camden Yards.
If the game is postponed, the game would likely be made up as part of a doubleheader during the Rays’ next trip to Baltimore on June 24-26.
The teams share a common off date before that series on June 23, and playing that date wouldn’t be a problem for the Orioles. But playing on that date would force the Rays to play 27 consecutive days leading into the all-star break.
