Not a very exciting one here. It looks like this was a cobbled together bullpen game, probably because the originally scheduled starter was T.J. McFarland, summoned to the MLB club. Tides batters only got three hits against Bats pitchers. New Orioles minor leaguer Junior Lake, the trade return for Tommy Hunter, was 1-3 with a walk and scored one of the two Tides runs.
So... it was one of those nights. Bowie's starter was Sean Fierman, whom the Orioles signed out of independent baseball. It did not go well - like, seven runs, five earned, in five innings.
