Late innings for Norfolk, Parker Bridwell dominates, Schoopy dongs, and more in yesterday's Minor League action.
Norfolk 5 Columbus (Clevelanders) 4 (12 innings)
The Clippers scored 4 in the 8th to tie what should have been an otherwise easy-breezy game for the Tides. Pat McCoy gave up two hits to the two batters he faced and Dane de la Rosa allowed both inherited runners to score, along with two of his own.
But all's well that ends well, as Dariel Alvarez and Sean Halton each doubled in the 12th to put Norfolk back in control of the game.
