There have been several weekends like this one at Camden Yards, when the ball flies through the hot air into the packed seats, the Orioles get enough pitching, and everyone goes home happy.
As those days add up and the Orioles' stack of home victories grows taller — most recently a 5-3, walk-off win over the Cleveland Indians to clinch a sweep Sunday — there's reason be believe they're a different team here than anywhere else.
"We don't analyze it at all," Showalter said. "We let everybody else. We try to win every game home and away, and it's worked out a little bit more at home this year.
