Orioles starter Dylan Bundy certainly didn’t look like a guy who was carrying the weight of the Orioles lengthy slump on his shoulders.
The young right-hander took the mound on Memorial Day against the first-place New York Yankees and did what he’s been doing all season. He delivered another quality start and the Orioles ended their seven-game losing streak with a 3-2 victory before an announced 40,242 at Camden Yards.
Bundy pitched seven innings and allowed two runs on seven hits to improve his record to 5-3. He threw 95 pitches and allowed just a run on a sacrifice fly in the second inning and a solo home run by Aaron Judge in the seventh.
