The Orioles celebrate Opening Day a week from Thursday, but before the first pitch is even thrown, Baltimore’s ballpark is getting some additional love.
Oriole Park at Camden Yards — which was celebrated for its 25th season last year — was named the second best ballpark in baseball in a Forbes’ ranking of the sport’s 30 facilities.

The survey took into account the aesthetics, location, historical significance and surrounding entertainment options. It named AT&T Park in San Francisco — home of the Giants — as the top ballpark.
