Jimmy Paredes walked into the Orioles clubhouse on Friday morning wearing a plastic cast on his left wrist, but he still tried to smile as he talked about his sprained left wrist.
The good news for Paredes is that an X-ray revealed no broken bones. But it’s obvious that Paredes will miss significant time this spring.
“It’s not broken, thanks to God,” Paredes said. “I don’t know how long it will take for me to be ready. I’m a little sad because I came into the spring with the opportunity to make the team. We’ll see later.
