It’s no secret that the Orioles pitching staff is going to have a tough time in the second half of the 2019 season. The organization is going to do its best to help the arms limp through the next few months, but the options are limited. If the team’s lone all-star, John Means, could continue what he did prior to the Midsummer Classic, that would be a huge boost.
