(BALTIMORE) -- The first child to undergo a dual hand transplant threw the first pitch at an Orioles game Tuesday.
Zion Harvey was only 2 when he developed a serious infection that resulted in the removal of his hands and feet.
A year ago, the then 8-year-old made history at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia when he became the first recipient of a pediatric dual hand transplant.
