Corbin Burnes is doing great for the Orioles, but the Cy Young drought will likely continue

When the Orioles traded for Corbin Burnes over this past offseason, the immediately exciting thing about it was that they got the top of the rotation starting pitcher that they needed. Another exciting possibility that I have been keeping my eye on as the season has gone along is that maybe Burnes, a recent Cy Young winner, could be the guy to snap the O’s Cy-less streak that began after Steve Stone’s last win for the team in 1980.

Up to this point in the season, Burnes has done just about everything that Orioles fans could have hoped he would do and then some.
