As day two of spring training wraps up down in Sarasota, Florida, the Baltimore Orioles will be welcoming another veteran starting pitcher to mix in LHP Tommy Milone.
The move was first reported on Thursday afternoon by MASN’s Roch Kubatko on Twitter. Milone is joining the organization on a minor league deal and will report to spring training as he tries to earn a rotation spot in Baltimore.
Milone will join a long list of pitchers already in camp competing for a starting rotation spot, including Asher Wojciechowski, Brandon Bailey, Keegan Akin, Kohl Stewart, Michael Rucker, David Hess, Wade LeBlanc, just to name a few.
