In today's Orioles rumors and news update, San Diego Padres closer Huston Street believes that he will be on the move before the July 31st trade deadline, with the Orioles standing as a potential suitor for his services.
According to ESPN's Jim Bowden, Street is already planning for a move in the next couple weeks:

Per CBS Sports' Jon Heyman, the Orioles might look at starting rotation help before attempting to address the back end of their bullpen. However, Street's 1.09 ERA in 33 innings this season might be too much to pass up - especially if the Orioles can pick him up on a fairly-priced deal.
However, several other teams not mentioned could also take a look at what Street brings to the table. This could drive Street's price up and out of the Orioles' range depending upon if they make a move to bolster the rotation first.
