MUNCIE, Ind. — Luke Dunn remembers a conversation he had with his mom coming into freshman year.
He arrived at Yorktown as a solid basketball player in 2016. He led Yorktown with 14.5 points per game last season. But, this year, he's transformed into one of the area's best players.
The year before the now-senior Dunn started high school, Yorktown had won just three games. When he entered the program three years ago, he was pretty straight-forward about his end goal.
"I can remember telling my mom, 'I want to change Yorktown basketball. I want to be part of the reason that we get this thing turned around,'" Dunn said.
