MUNCIE, Ind. - It was a busy weekend for the Ball State women's tennis team, as the Cardinals competed in three-straight matches, one on the road and two at home. The Cardinals (6-1) closed the weekend with a 7-0 sweep over Oakland University (3-2) Sunday afternoon at the Muncie YMCA Tennis Center.
The Cardinals cruised past Oakland in doubles action, winning on all three courts. Amy Kaplan alongside her doubles partner Victoria Sec eased their way into a 6-1 victory over the grizzlies Darya Maltseva and Alexandra Whall at the No. 2 doubles position.
