MUNCIE, Ind. - The Ball State women's tennis team (7-2) continued its strong start to the spring season on Sunday after handing IUPUI a 7-0 sweep. Due to the weather, Ball State was able to play their first match outside today at the Cardinal Creek Tennis Center.
The Cardinals came out of the gates strong today winning all three doubles matches over the Jaguars. The No. 1 Ball State twosome of Audrey Berger and Rebecca Herrington were the first off the court after posting a 6-2 victory over Samantha Mayer and Sara Sherif. On court three, Isabelle Dohanics paired up with teammate Toni Ormond and would clinch the doubles point for Ball State after their 6-1 defeat over Marina Schneiger and Molly Nguyen.
