MUNCIE, Ind. - A lot of success continues to happen for the Cardinals as Ball State (11-2, 2-0 MAC) extended its win streak to 11 today after defeating the Miami RedHawks (6-6, 0-3 MAC) 5-2 Friday afternoon in Mid-American Conference action at the Northwest YMCA.
Since the arrival of ninth year had coach Max Norris at Ball State the Cardinals have reached new heights it had never seen before especially in the league action. So today's win over a very good and experienced Miami team was definitely a special one for BSU.
As Norris stated after the game, it was an amazing effort by the Cardinals and that it most certainly was starting with doubles.
