ROCKFORD, Ill. - Friday afternoon was another successful day for the Ball State women's tennis team as the Cardinals won their 16th straight, while also remaining unblemished in Mid-American Conference play after turning in a dominating performance against Northern Illinois at the Boylan Tennis Center.
Northern Illinois fought really hard and played good tennis," Ball State head women's tennis coach Max Norris said. "Coach Burns always does a good job preparing his team to compete. I was proud of how we fought and executed in doubles indoors. Then I was proud of our focus and how we fought off momentum swings in singles.
