MUNCIE, Ind. - Ball State women's basketball 2021 signee Marie Kiefer (Melbourne, Ky./Bishop Brossart) has been named a Kentucky All-Star, becoming the third incoming BSU freshman selected for the annual Indiana-Kentucky All-Star series.
Kiefer's future teammates Ally Becki (Brownsburg, Ind./Brownsburg) and Madelyn Bischoff (Indianapolis, Ind./Roncalli) were tabbed All-Stars for the state of Indiana in March. Kiefer will compete against Becki and Bischoff on June 11 in Kentucky and June 12 at Southport Fieldhouse.
Kiefer is the first player from Brossart to be named a Kentucky All-Star since 2001. A second-team all-region selection, she helped Brossart win its 10th Region All "A" girls title this past season with an overall record of 21-6.
