SELMA, Ind. — Standing off to the side of practice as the echoes of yelling coaches and dribbling basketballs reverberate off the walls of Wapahani's gym, there's no place senior Blake Castor would rather be.
"It’s awesome, it really is," Castor said. "Obviously it’s been a crazy year and it’s not going to be the same this year but I’m just happy that we’re here and we’re getting together and playing basketball again. That’s what it’s all about, really to me, is just getting back and playing the sport I love.”
Last season, Wapahani was one of five area teams, and 64 across the state, that saw its postseason run come to an end following its sectional championship victory.
