MUNCIE, Ind. — Delta capped its perfect regular season with a convincing win over Burris 83-38 on Friday night.
The Eagles (23-0) finished unbeaten in the regular season for the first time in their 51-year history. They are the 35th boys basketball team to go undefeated in the regular season in the last 25 years.
Tyler Wilburn scored 17 points, while Josh Bryan added 16 and Wesley Woodin 10. The Eagles cruised from the beginning, leading 23-4 after the first quarter.
