YORKTOWN, Ind. — The first official day of fall practice for Yorktown football didn't feel like a stereotypical first day.
There weren’t any jitters and drills were being run sharp. Multi-year starters helped along underclassmen and made them run through drills again if they saw a lack of effort.
This was Aug. 5, more than two weeks before Yorktown’s season opener against Anderson, but it was far from the first time these Tigers had taken the field together.
