LEXINGTON, Ky. - - The Ball State women's indoor track & field team collected four top 10 finishes and logged 14 career-best performances at the two-day Kentucky Invitational which concluded Saturday afternoon at UK's Nutter Field House.
The 18-team non-scored meet, which began Friday, featured some of the nation's top programs, including No. 9 Kentucky, No. 21 Cincinnati and No. 35 Ohio State. The Cardinals also faced in-state foes Indiana and IUPUI at the meet, as well as Mid-American Conference rivals Akron and Miami.
Ball State's best individual finish came in the high jump, with junior Regan Lewis tying for sixth place after clearing the bar at 1.
