MUNCIE, Ind. - - The Ball State women's indoor track & field team returns to action Friday, when it opens the two day Kentucky Invitational by competing in the hammer throw (4 p.m.) and the distance medley relay (7 p.m.).
Action at Kentucky's Nutter Field House picks up again at 9 a.m. Saturday morning with the women's high jump. The Cardinals are scheduled to compete in nine events on the second day of competition.
In all, 22 teams will be in Lexington for the meet, including the host Wildcats who are ranked eighth in the U.
