MUNCIE, Ind. – Todd Linklater, who had served as the Ball State baseball team’s pitching coach since 2013, is stepping down to pursue other career opportunities.
“Todd has been an excellent teacher, mentor and role model to our team,” Ball State head coach Rich Maloney said. “He will be a tremendous asset to his brother’s financial business. We wish Todd and his family great success in the financial industry.”
Linklater played a significant role in helping the baseball program win 103 games, capture a Mid-American Conference regular season championship and reach two MAC tournament championship games over the previous three seasons.
