MUNCIE, Ind. — Ball State welcomed FAU to Scheumann Stadium on Saturday with the hopes of capturing a second win on this young season, but as the clock ran out the Owls were the ones celebrating, not the Cardinals. FAU (1-2) defeated Ball State, 41-31, to earn its first win of the season and drop BSU to 1-2.
