Takeaways from Ball State football’s 52-14 Homecoming win against Toledo

MUNCIE, Ind. — Ball State welcomed Toledo to Scheumann Stadium on Saturday in a matchup of Mid-American Conference West Division foes. The Cardinals came into the day in search of their first Homecoming victory since 2013 and first win against the Rockets since the same season. And the home team did just that as BSU improved to 4-3 (3-0 in MAC play) and dropped Toledo to 4-3 (1-2) with a 52-14 win.
